A 911 call center told the National Weather Service's San Juan office that flooding in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, had trapped a driver inside a car at 2:53 p.m. AST on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026; a Flash Flood Warning was in effect for the area at the time. No injuries were reported, the weather service said. It was one of four flash-flood and storm-damage reports the office logged that afternoon across Toa Alta, Bayamón and Caguas.

At 3:10 p.m., the 911 center told the National Weather Service's San Juan office that a fallen tree was blocking part of Puerto Rico Highway 156 near the bridge between Aguas Buenas and Caguas and had also fallen onto nearby power lines.

The other two of the four reports, both in Toa Alta — a first at 2:23 p.m. and a last at 3:13 p.m. — found no one trapped and no damage. Together, the four reports closed out a string of calls the San Juan office logged within less than an hour across the three towns.
