An EF-1 tornado touched down in the Via Caballero neighborhood of Santa Fe, New Mexico, at 7 p.m. MDT on Oct. 24, 2026, and tracked about 1.4 miles north before lifting near the College of Santa Fe eight minutes later, damaging ten homes along the way, the National Weather Service's Albuquerque office said.

NWS Albuquerque's damage survey rated the tornado a high-end EF-1, with estimated peak winds of 110 mph and a path up to 100 yards wide. The damage included broken power poles, downed or uprooted trees and damage to roofs. No deaths or injuries were reported.
