Flooding Hits Soacha, Colombia, as Storms Affect Over 30 Municipalities

Heavy rain and storms struck Soacha and more than 30 other municipalities across Cundinamarca, Colombia, on the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, killing one man and injuring two others in Soacha, El Colombiano reported. The same storms flooded streets, damaged homes and disrupted roads in Bogotá, the outlet said.
